	Screening Programs Vision, hearing, scoliosis, and BMI screenings are done periodically. Also, It is important that the emergency form data be kept current.  Please notify your child's school immediately of any change of phone number, address, alternate contact persons, or medical conditions.  This is particularly of concern with regard to contacting you in case of an emergency.
