Powder Puff Football Raises Thousands For Sports Medicine

Cabot High School students recently participated in a two day powder puff football game to support the Sports Medicine Department.
Every year, the Sports Medicine Department sponsors students to attend the High School Symposium for the Arkansas Athletic Training Association annual meeting in April. CHS always has the most participants and in previous years, Sports Medicine could only partially fund the registration cost. This year, they plan to fully fund the entire cost and take the Sports Medicine Club on a field trip in January.
Sports Medicine raised almost $3,000 from this two day event!
Ten teams participated in the tournament and '$Money Team$' (CHS Basketball Girls) and 'Super Syd' (CHS Cheerleaders) made it to the championship. Congrats to $Money Team$ for their win!
Due to the success from this event, Sports Medicine hopes to continue this next year and thanks everyone for their support!
