Driver’s Education Information and Application

One Driver's Education session will be held on Monday, June 6, 2016 – Thursday, June 9, 2016 from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Junior High North Library.

Students must be 14 years of age and have a valid driver's permit by the first day of class.

The cost is $250 and the amount can be paid in full at registration or a non-refundable deposit of $75. If you chose to pay the deposit, the remaining balance of $175 will be due on the first day of class.

Registration will be Thursday, May 12, at 7:30 a.m. at the CHS front entrance. There are 60 slots available and students will be accepted on a first come basis. (School employees will be allowed one day early registration May 11, 7:45 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. only)

Students will need to bring their driver's permit on the first day of class. After 30 hours of class time, students will be required to drive a total of 10 hours spread out over the next three week. All driving will be completed by July 1st. Students need to bring their lunches and snacks each day.

Students please return this form completed at the time of registration. Parents you do not have to be present with your student to register.
