Congratulations Anna & Cole: College Athlete Signees
December 8, 2016
This week two Cabot High School students signed letters of intent to continue playing sports at the college level. Congratulations to Anna Beth Duncan and Cole Stillman!
Anna Beth Duncan, daughter of Ricky and Angel Duncan, plans on attending Central Baptist College next fall where she will play softball and major in education. She has been playing softball since she was four years old and is excited to continue at the college level. Anna Beth visited CBC during a summer softball camp and fell in love with the campus. She is looking forward to being on her own and starting this new experience.
Cole Stillman has been bowling since he was five years old and will continue playing next fall at Drury University in Missouri. Cole signed his letter alongside his parents Larry and Stacy Stillman. When asked why he chose Drury he stated that he liked the academics and it reminded him of being at home. He is looking forward to experiencing the real world and having more responsibilities. Cole plans on majoring in Computer Science.
Cole has been a member of the CHS Bowling Team for several years and is the 2016 7A Gold Individual Medalist and 2015-2016 Wendy's Bowling High School Player of the Year! The boys bowling team has won five time consecutive (2012-2016) bowling championships!
Congratulations Anna & Cole. We are very proud of you!
