Eastside's Oscar Celebration 2017

Eastside Elementary rolled out the red carpet for their students Tuesday morning.

First Graders were given the star treatment at their annual Oscars event. Students arrived in a limo, where they were announced by name, and walked the red carpet with the 'paparazzi" (their family) taking pictures!

As students entered the gymnasium for the program, they walked along the "Walk of Fame" where Hollywood stars were placed on the ground with each kid's name and handprints. 

  

Each student received an Oscar for all their hard work this school year. Students and staff dressed up and had a great time enjoying their moment in the spotlight.
