Vision/Hearing and Body Mass Index Screenings

ATTENTION PARENTS AND GUARDIANS:

Eastside Elementary will be doing State mandated Vision and Hearing screenings on October 11th and 12th. These screenings will be done on all kindergarten, first, second and fourth grade students.

During this time we will also conduct the Body Mass Index screening on kindergarten, second and fourth grade students. During this screening, height and weight will be measured. If you would like for your child to be excluded from the Body Mass Index screening please notify the school nurse in writing. Thank you.
