High School Loft (Available to all students & staff)
8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Tuesday, October 16th
Cabot Health Unit (Available to all students & staff)
2:00 p.m. - 6:00p.m.

Thursday, October 18th
Cabot Health Unit (Available to all students& staff)
2:00 p.m. - 6:00p.m.

Flu vaccinations are FREE to all students. If students have insurance, that information will be requested on the immunization forms.

ALL employees must present their insurance card in order to receive the vaccine. There will be no co-pay charged but the insurance needs to be filed for reimbursement to the state.
