Cabot Students To Participate In The Great Kindness Challenge 2018

January 19, 2018

Students in the Cabot School District will once again participate in The Great Kindness Challenge

January 22-26 is a week dedicated to performing acts of kindness on school campuses. This is a national program that was created by Kids for Peace to provide schools a tool for creating a positive school environment. It started in 2012 with three piloted schools.

Last year, over 10 million students and more than 15,000 schools particpated in the challenge. Students performed over 500 million acts of kindness in over 90 countries.

Elementary and middle schools across the Cabot School District have several kindness activities planned each day during this week to help make this world a kinder place! Many schools are also hosting Spirit Days for students.

Students are also receiving a set of Kindness Challenges to complete.
