Cabot Takes Top Two Spots at Lonoke County Spelling Bee

The Lonoke County Regional Spelling Bee was held January 25, 2018, at the Carlisle School District and two Cabot spellers brought home top honors!
Allison Goertzen from Cabot Middle School South won 1st place. Eli Harrison from Cabot Junior High South spelled his way to 2nd place. Heather Buffalo from Carlisle won 3rd place.
Allison will now head to the Arkansas State Spelling Bee on March 10th at Central Baptist College in Conway where she'll have the opportunity to compete for a chance to participate in the Scripps National Spelling Bee in Washington D.C.
*Allison and Eli also won 1st and 2nd place in the Cabot School District Spelling Bee.
