2018 CHS Prom/After Prom Party Recap

Step Right Up To the Greatest Prom On Earth!

Let's Run Away and Join the Circus was this year's Prom theme. The Cabot High School cafeteria was transformed into a huge circus tent! Props filled the room with carousel horses, elephant statues made out of paper mache, a balloon arch entryway, and even paper circus animals in cages.

With over 1,000 students in attendance at this year's prom, this was the biggest thus far! Bennett Coats and Madison Davis were announced as the 2018 Prom King and Queen.

  

After students attended prom, they were invited to attend the After Prom Party that was held in the CHS Field House. This was a free event that provided a safe drug-free, alcohol-free alternative on prom night.

Nearly 600 students enjoyed the "carnival" themed night with entertainment that consisted of a Big Baller wipeout, Zorbie (hamster ball) racing, laser tag, hungry-hungry hippo along with a DJ from Alice 107.7 and numerous carnival games and prizes. Artists were even on hand to draw caricatures of students to take home as souvenirs.

  

Door prizes were also given out throughout the evening including TV's, DVD players, mini fridges, microwaves, headphones, IPOD Nano, Fitbits, laptops, gift cards and several other great items!

Local restaurants surrounding the Cabot School District also provided free food. Thank you to all our sponsors and food donors!
