Cabot Parks & Rec Event Brings In Big Donation for Cabot Kids 2018

“Cabot's Celebrate The Season” was a big success for Cabot Parks and Recreation. The event also brought in close to $5,000 in food for our students and families.

During the event in November, Cabot Parks and Recreation collected non-perishable food items.  Sponsors First Arkansas Bank & Trust, Red River Dodge, and Edge Realty each donated $500 worth of non-perishable food items to jump-start the food drive.

The items filled up several vehicles and will be distributed to families and students through the Cabot Christmas Alliance and Backpack programs.

Thank you to everyone in the community and to Cabot Parks and Recreation for donating these much needed food items to our Cabot families.
