Narrow minded superintendent

The decision that a service dog is not warranted for the poor child with cerebral palsy and epilepsy is unconscionable! I as a Vietnam Dog Handler know K9s can detect many things people can not. You have taken a very narrow view. But as alou are a PhD I am not surprise. I see PhDs often take an enlist bent in everything they do. No surprise you ignore the value of a mere K9! Tom koval
