Special Extended Registration Day & Free/Reduced Price Meal Assistance

Northside Elementary, 814 W. Locust

K—6 students and parents new to the district are invited to register students. Please bring the following:

• Birth certificate or appropriate documentation of date birth
• Immunization record
• Proof of residency
• Social Security number

All current students and parents are encouraged to complete Free and Reduced Meal Application:

• No documentation is necessary.
• If applicable know your food stamp number.
• You will leave with your approval or denial letter so your child will begin school with the appropriate status.

If you can not register your student on this day, you may register at Central Administrative Office (602 N. Lincoln Street). If you have questions, please contact the Central Administration Office at 501-843-3363.
