Westside Elementary is where great things are happening!!  The special group of teachers and staff at Westside are truly motivated to provide the most positive learning experiences for students.  

Teachers use “Morning Meeting” to connect with students socially, emotionally and academically.  Morning Meeting is a gathering as a whole class to greet one another, share news, and warm up for the day.

Besides the many engaging instructional activities that go on in classrooms everyday, Westside students are involved in field trips, family nights highlighting math, literacy and science activities, guest speaker presentations, music performances, and behavior incentive celebrations.
 
We want to invite you to become involved at Westside and be a part of your child’s education.  There are many opportunities for you to volunteer at the school.  It is our desire to maintain two-way communication with you.
