Important Reminders Before The Last Day of School

May 27, 2021

This is an automated message from the Cabot School District with important reminders before the last day of school.

The district will be closed Monday, May 31st, for Memorial Day.

The last day of school is Wednesday, June 2nd. Students are expected to be at school each day through June 2nd. We will also be on a regular schedule the last day of school and dismiss at normal time.

Even though meals were provided free of charge this school year, it is important that you pay any cafeteria balance your child may have incured the year prior. If you have any questions about your balance, contact your child’s school.

If your student has medication at school, a parent or guardian must pick the medication up by the end of the school day June 2nd, or it will be properly disposed. Medication, other than inhalers, cannot be taken on the bus by a student. To carry an inhaler home, the nurse must have a written request from a parent or guardian prior to June 2nd. Medication will not be carried over to the next school year.

Our free summer meal program kicks off June 14th. You must sign up for the program and meals for each week need to be picked up each Monday from 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. at the CHS cafeteria. Please check your email and the district website for more detailed information.

If you are receiving this message and do not have a student in the Cabot School District, please contact the administrative office at 501-843-3363 to have your number removed.
