End of Year District Meeting – CPS 2022-2023 Teacher of the Year Revealed!

Hundreds of teachers and staff were recognized for their service, hard work, and dedication at the end of year district staff meeting Friday, June 2nd.
Cabot Public Schools Teacher of the Year
One of our district’s outstanding teachers was honored with a special recognition. Ginger LeQuieu was named the 2022-2023 Cabot Public Schools Teacher of the Year. Mrs. LeQuieu was also named Mid-Level Teacher of the Year and Cabot Middle School North Teacher of the Year.
Mrs. LeQuieu is a Gifted and Talented Specialist. She has been an educator for 20 years and this is her 9th year at Cabot Middle School North. She is now eligible to compete for Arkansas Teacher of the Year!
Also, congratulations to Kristi Altstock (Mountain Springs Elementary Teacher of the Year) for being named the Elementary Teacher of the Year and Becca Winslow (CFA Teacher of the Year) for being recognized as the Secondary Teacher of the Year.
Congratulations again to all our Site Level Teacher of the Year winners too!

Bus Driver of the Year
Congratulations to our 2023 Bus Driver of the Year Claressa Davis! Mrs. Davis has been behind the wheel of a Cabot bus for four years. Mrs. Davis is also the Media Specialist at Cabot Middle School North.
