CHS AFJROTC Unit Evaluation 2024 - Exceeds Standards!

Cabot High School AFJROTC recently participated in a Higher Headquarters formal Unit Evaluation. This inspection takes place every three years.

Congratulations to all of our cadets for demonstrating professionalism during their recent inspection. The cadets were evaluated on uniform inspection, drill, and the overall JROTC program.

Major Sean Gibson and SMSgt Christopher Scott are pleased to announce that the Air Force Junior ROTC instructors and cadets of Cabot High School earned an overall unit assessment score of "Exceeds Standards" ... the highest rating attainable ... during their evaluation on January 31, 2024.

Major Gibson and SMSgt Scott created a dynamic and supportive learning environment coupled with an excellent community outreach. The instructors provided outstanding leadership in administering the cadet centered citizenship program. The Cabot High School cadets performed exceptionally well and took great pride in leading and accomplishing their unit goals. The Cabot High School Air Force Junior ROTC citizenship program is making a positive impact on the cadets, the school and the surrounding community.
