Spring Parent/Teacher Conferences 2024 - March 12 & 14

March 7, 2024

Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held:

Tuesday, March 12: 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Thursday, March 14: 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The Cabot School District will dismiss early at 1:00 p.m. on both days.

There is NO SCHOOL Friday, March 15. Spring Break is March 15-25.

Students will return to school on TUESDAY, March 26.

K-6th Parent/Teacher Conferences:
K-6th grade parents will sign up for an appointment time with their student’s teacher. Appointment times will be available from 2:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Please arrive on time.

If you prefer a virtual or phone call for your parent/teacher conference, please communicate that with your teacher. You will still need to sign up for an appointment time.

7th-12th Parent/Teacher Conferences:
Parents may attend any time during the conference window.

If you prefer a virtual or phone call for your parent/teacher conference, please communicate that with your teacher and work cooperatively to find a time.

Cabot Panther Academy/CPDA:
Advisors have sent home sign up forms for any face-to-face student requiring a conference. Emails have also been sent to families of digital students needing a conference. Please, reach out to your child’s advisor if you haven’t heard anything.

Pre-K Parent/Teacher Conferences:
Pre-k students will dismiss at 1:00 on March 12 and 14, however, Pre-K will not be holding Parent/Teacher Conferences on these days. Pre-K conferences will be held on Monday, March 25. Pre-K students do not have school on the 25th. Your classroom teacher will be scheduling a conference time with you.


Report Cards:
K-4th report cards will be ready on March 14.

5th-12th report cards will be posted in HAC by March 14.

If a 5th-9th grade parent or student would like a printed report card, please contact your school counseling center. If your student attends Cabot Panther Academy please contact your registrar.

If a CHS parent or student would like a printed report card, please contact the Student Success Center.
