Special Olympics Bowling

October 5, 2016

You could see it on their faces, hundreds of smiles as Cabot students had the opportunity to participate in Special Olympics bowling.

The qualifying rounds were held at Allfam Bowling in Cabot. Elementary, Middle School, Junior High, and High School students all had the chance to strike it out on the bowling lanes.

More than 200 hundred students participated. Afterwards, lunch was provided for the bowlers. Thank you for First Baptist Church for allowing us to use your Fellowship Hall to feed our athletes.

All our athletes will be moving on to the Area 5 Bowling Tournament. It will be held at Professor Bowl in Little Rock on Monday, October 24th and Monday, November 14th.

Good luck to all our Special Olympics athletes! We are so proud of you. Also, thank you to our parents and staff for being our athletes biggest cheerleaders.
