Six Cabot Schools Receive $303,942.24 in Reward Funds

Six Cabot schools are being recognized with huge rewards!
The Arkansas School Recognition Program was created to provide financial awards to public schools that experience high student performance, student academic growth, and for secondary schools, high graduation rate.
Congratulations to Cabot High School, Eastside Elementary, Magness Creek Elementary, Cabot Middle School North, Cabot Middle School South, and Cabot Junior High North for receiving a total of $303,942.24 in reward funds.
Cabot High School is receiving $103,325.04, the largest amount for any school in Arkansas!
Cabot High School – Top 6%-10% Growth/Grad - $103,325.04
Eastside Elementary – Top 5% Growth - $43,283.52
Eastside Elementary – Top 6%-10% Performance - $21,641.76
Magness Creek Elementary – Top 6%-10% Performance - $18,433.80
Cabot Middle School North – Top 6%-10% Performance - $40,506.48
Cabot Middle School South – Top 6%-10% Performance - $34,569.36
Cabot Junior High North – Top 6%-10% Performance - $42,182.28
Schools receiving the funds must establish a committee to determine the best use of the funds. The committee includes the principal, teacher, and parent representative.
