2018-2019 All-Arkansas Preps Awards Banquet

The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette's All Arkansas Preps recently celebrated high school athletes from across the state and their accomplishments in 12 sports at an annual banquet. This banquet included numerous talented Cabot High School athletes and coaches.

Head Softball Coach Chris Cope and Head Golf Coach Mike Tucker received Coach of the Year! 

Coach Cope coached the Cabot Panthers to their first state title in the program's history. Cabot finished 12-2 overall and the Lady Panthers captured the 6A-Central title by going 5-3 against Bentonville.

Coach Tucker coached the Panthers to the 2018 6A State Championship and 6A Conference Championship as well. The Lady Panthers were also 6A Conference Champions and finished 4th overall at the State Tournament.

Congratulations to all of our outstanding Cabot athletes for their hard work and dedication.

NFL tight end Hunter Henry was the keynote speaker for the event which was held at the Statehouse Convention Center in Little Rock.

More than 350 athletes and coaches were honored in twelve different sports for the 2018-2019 season. Recipients were chosen by Democrat-Gazette staff members, with nominations from state coaches.

Congratulations again to all our Cabot athletes and Coach Cope and Coach Tucker. We are very proud of all your accomplishments!
