Cross Country Hosts Cabot Invitational Meet

September 20, 2019

Cabot recently hosted the Cabot Invitational at Rolling Hills Country Club with four schools and over 200 students running in both junior high and high school.

Thanks to Beebe, Cabot, Lakeside, and Searcy schools for competing in the cross-country meet.

The high school students ran a 5K (3.1 miles) and the junior high students ran 2.1 miles.

September 3rd - JH Ribbon Meet
The junior high held a ribbon meet at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church with over 150 Cabot students participated. Congratulations to students Jake Johnson and Peyton Tokarz for winning that meet! Click HERE for the results.

September 7th -  JH/HS Cross Country Classic
Highlights from Meet:

  • Jr. High Girls Team was runner up

  • High School Boys: Bryce Johnson-9th, Grayson Young-11th

  • High School Girls: Ashley Sample-4th, Grace BIng-12th, Lani Cota-13th

  • Jr. High Boys: Jake Johnson-7th, Peyton Whittker-13th, Nathan Thurman-17th, Peyton Lee-18th

  • Jr. High Girls: Sklyar Ouzts-5th, Logan Pratt-7th
