Lonoke County Healthy Poster Contest Winners — 2020 Calendar

Nine Cabot elementary and middle school students were recently surprised in class and acknowledged for their artwork!

Students learned their drawings won the Lonoke County Hometown Health Coalition's Healthy Community Poster Contest. The artists were surprised in class by Carey Woods, LHU Administrator with the Lonoke and Cabot Health Unit, Anna Haver, HHI Coordinator for the Central Region, as well as Cabot City Council member Doug Warner who is also a member of the Hometown Health Innitiative Coalition.

  

Each winner received a certificate, bag full of art supplies, and will be recognized at the Tuesday, January 21st school board meeting.

The winning posters are featured in the 2020 Lonoke County Hometown Health Coalition calendar. Nearly 700 students from across Lonoke County participated in the contest.
