Power Panthers - Feb. 25

March 9, 2014

Power Panthers is a new student recognition program sponsored by the Cabot Panther Foundation and Cabot Public School District to honor students in third through sixth grades who have demonstrated the power and motivation to improve or excel in academics, behavior or citizenship.

Students who received this honor were nominated by a building administrator or staff member. Students were recognized at the Cabot High School basketball game, February 25, on the court during half time of the girls' game. Coach Jerry Bridges, Cabot High School Head Boys Basketball Coach, and senior athlete Zach Launius spoke to the students about achieving goals.

Students received a t-shirt with a Power Panthers logo designed by Cabot High School senior art student Chance Wallace.
