Invitation To Bid

PUBLIC NOTICE:
Invitation for Bid (IFB) to provide food, water, pizza, bread and paper goods.

Notice is hereby given that Cabot School District is requesting bids to provide food, water, pizza, bread and paper goods for the operation of Child Nutrition Programs.

Bids will be accepted at:
Attention: Erin Wilkes, Child Nutrition Director
Location: 401 N. Lincoln, Cabot AR 72023

Bid Opening:
Food 8:00 a.m.
Bread: 8:30 a.m.
Milk: 9:00 a.m.
Pizza: 9:30 a.m.
Water: 10:00 a.m.
Paper: 10:30 a.m.

Bids must be received prior to bid opening.

To request the full solicitation packet, please contact Erin.Wilkes@cps.k12.ar.us. If questions arise during the solicitation process, answers to questions will be provided via email and added as an addendum to the solicitation. This information will be provided to all prospective bidders.

Bidders must be fully aware and comply with USDA rules and regulations. The Cabot School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
