January School Board Recognition 2021

Jan 22, 2021

Several of our talented students and even our very own dedicated school board members were recognized at the January meeting.

School Board Recognition Month

Cabot Public Schools is proud to honor our dedicated Cabot School Board members during Arkansas School Board Recognition Month.

This month-long observance, which is held every January, is an excellent opportunity to show our appreciation to our board members who volunteer time to ensure the success of our students.

Some of our amazing and talented Cabot Freshman Academy students even surprised our board members with special one-of-kind pieces. These students are part of teacher Terry Ball’s Introduction to Construction class. For the past several weeks, students designed, built, painted, and worked on Panther/Welcome planter boxes for our board members.

Students explained to board members that they enjoyed working and communicating together as a team and even emphasized that, “The process was more important than the outcome.”

Thank you to Mr. Ball and his students for sharing their talents and recognizing our board members.
