Cabot Wrestling: 2021 State Runner Up/Individual State Champion

Cabot recently competed in the 6A Wrestling State Tournament at Jack Stephens Center at UALR and finished State Runner-Up with one wrestler, Gavin Reardon, taking the State Championship title for his division!
This is the first ever team trophy for the CHS Wrestling Team!
Congratulations to Cabot freshman Gavin Reardon for winning in his weight classes! Gavin (26-7) competed in the 195 weight class placing 1st and scoring 29.0 team points.
Head Coach, Justin Turner was named 2020-2021 AWA Wrestling Coach of the Year! (Coach Turner also received this award in 2019-2020)

Panther Wrestling was also the 2020 Conference Dual Champions this year.
Cabot also competed in the Girls Wrestling State Tournament this year with sophomore Asia Long. She is Cabot's first Arkansas Girls Wrestling athlete! She finished the State Tournament 2-2 in her first year of wrestling.
