We have modified plans for parent/teacher conferences and implemented safety procedures to mitigate risk to students, staff, and parents.

Safety Protocols & Requirements:

*Face coverings are required for students and adults
*A maximum of 2 adults may accompany their student
*One family will be allowed in a classroom at a time
*Families must remain socially distanced from other families during their parent/teacher conference
*It is imperative to arrive at your designated time (not early or late) to help avoid having extra people in buildings
*We ask that you only visit assigned classroom

Pre-K-6th Parent/Teacher Conferences:

Pre-K-6th grade parents will sign up for an appointment time with their student’s teacher. Appointment times will be available from 2:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m.

If you prefer a virtual or phone call parent/teacher conference, please communicate that with your teacher. You will still need to sign up for an appointment time.

CPDA Students:

If you would like to schedule an in-person, phone call, or virtual parent/teacher conference, you will need to sign up for an appointment time as well and communicate with your teacher.

7th-12th Parent/Teacher Conferences:

Parent/Teacher Conferences for secondary students (on-site & digital) will be based on a student’s last name. You may come at any time on your designated date and window below.

Tuesday, March 16: 2:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m. – A-K (last names)

Thursday, March 18: 2:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m. – L-Z (last names)

If you prefer a virtual or phone call for your parent/teacher conference, please communicate that with your teacher.

*To safely control the amount of people in our buildings, we ask that you attend on your designated date and window. However, we understand there may be circumstances that require you to attend a different date. If that is necessary, you are welcome to do so.

*If students reside in the same household but have different last names, you may select one date to attend.

 Academic Center of Excellence (ACE):

A sign-up sheet has been sent home with students so parents can schedule an appointment time for their conference.

Report Cards:

K-6th report cards will be distributed Wednesday, March 31st.

7th-12th report cards will no longer be printed and distributed. Instead, parents and students are encouraged to login to HAC after the marking period ends (March 18) and grades are calculated.

If a high school parent or student would like a printed report card, please contact the Student Success Center.

If a 7th-9th grade parent or student would like a printed report card, please contact your school counseling center. If your student attends ACE/ALE please contact your registrar.
