CPS COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics

We are pleased to announce that Cabot Public Schools is partnering with Express Rx Pharmacy and ARcare to provide COVID-19 vaccines to students, staff, and substitutes. *Staff spouses and community members are welcome 

These free clinics are available to individuals 12 years of age and older. If you have private insurance, Medicaid or ARKids, the providers will be able to seek reimbursement for the cost of giving the vaccine. If you do not have insurance or your insurance does not pay for vaccines, there will still be no charge to you.

Vaccine Clinic Times & Dates:

Thursday, July 29 – 1:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m. – Cabot Veterans Park Event Center (508 N. Lincoln St.)
*Pfizer vaccines provided by Express Rx Pharmacy

Friday, July 30 – 1:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m. – Cabot Veterans Park Event Center (508 N. Lincoln St.)
*Pfizer vaccines provided by ARcare

Monday, August 2 – 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. – Cabot High School (Front/Mobile Clinic)
*Pfizer vaccines provided by ARcare

Tuesday, August 3 – 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. – Cabot High School (Front/Mobile Clinic)

Thursday, August 5 – 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. – Cabot High School LOFT

Covid vaccinations cannot be combined with other vaccinations. If you have received a vaccination within the past 14 days, you will need to wait until a later date.

The required consent forms must be signed by a parent prior to a student being vaccinated.

(UPDATE: If you received the consent form in your email, you only need to fill out the one labeled Express Rx -- even if you go to the ARcare clinic, you only need to fill out the Express Rx consent forms.) The form linked above is correct.

Only those individuals with the required completed paperwork (the signed immunization Consent Form AND the school district (FERPA consent) will be allowed to receive the COVID vaccine.
