Fall Parent/Teacher Conference 2021 – October 19 & 21

October 14, 2021

Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held:

Tuesday, October 19: 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Thursday, October 20: 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The Cabot School District will dismiss early at 2:00 p.m. on both days.

There is NO SCHOOL, Friday, October 22.

 Safety Protocols & Requirements:
*Face coverings are highly recommended
*One family will be allowed in a classroom at a time
*Please arrive on time
*We ask that you only visit assigned classroom 

Pre-K-6th Parent/Teacher Conferences:
Pre-K-6th grade parents will sign up for an appointment time with their student’s teacher. Appointment times will be available from 2:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m.

If you prefer a virtual or phone call parent/teacher conference, please communicate that with your teacher. You will still need to sign up for an appointment time. 

7th-12th Parent/Teacher Conferences:
Parents may attend any time during the conference window.

If you prefer a virtual or phone call for your parent/teacher conference, please communicate that with your teacher and work cooperatively to find a time.

Academic Center of Excellence (ACE)/CPDA:
Advisors have sent home sign up forms for any face-to-face student requiring a conference. Emails have also been sent to families of digital students needing a conference. Please, reach out to your child’s advisor if you haven’t heard anything.

Report Cards:
K-6th report cards will be distributed at conferences.

7th-12th report cards will be posted in HAC by October 19th.

If a 7th-9th grade parent or student would like a printed report card, please contact your school counseling center. If your student attends ACE/ALE please contact your registrar.

If a CHS parent or student would like a printed report card, please contact the Student Success Center.
