Bring a copy of the physical to tryouts or to your coach, athletic trainer, or Athletic Office.

If an athlete is NOT currently on an athletic roster, they MUST go to their primary care physician to fulfill the AAA requirements of having a P.P.E. prior to participating in any athletic activity for Cabot Public Schools.

If you choose not to attend the free physical dates that the school is providing, you may still go to your Primary Care Physician (PCP). Please make sure your physical is for the 2022-2023 school year. To print off an athletic physical form to take to your PCP, please click HERE.
