Cabot Alumnus Earns National Recognition

A recent graduate from Cabot High School was recently named the NCAA Division 2 National Player of the Week as well as the MIAA Conference Player of the Week.  Trevor Reed, who played soccer while at Cabot, graduated in 2014 and received an athletic scholarship to play soccer at Northeastern Oklahoma State.

Trevor was named the NCAA Division 2 Men's National Soccer Player of the Week (31 Aug- 6 Sep) by the NSCAA.  He also earned MIAA Conference Men's Player of the Week.  Trevor scored 4 goals over the weekend's matches, including the game winner in a 3-0 win on Friday and both goals in the 2-1 victory Sunday.  Trevor's team, the Northeastern State University RiverHawks, are ranked #21 nationally.
