Panther Swim Season Closes with Individual Medals at State

Congratulations to our Panther swimmers for their impressive achievements at the 2024 6A State Swim Meet in Bentonville. Cabot competed against Bentonville, LR Central, Bentonville West, Fayetteville, Har-Ber, Conway, Bryant, North Little Rock, Springdale, Catholic, Rogers, Heritage, Fort Smith Northside, Fort Smith Southside, and Mt Saint Mary during the February 24th state meet.

The Panthers finished ninth with 97.5 overall points and the Lady Panthers placed seventh with one bronze medal and 242 overall points. Congratulations to the following student-athletes on their individual medals and team medals during the state tournament:

400 Free Relay - 5th place
200 Boys Relay - 6th place


State Meet Results:

400 Free Relay - 5th in State (personal record)

  • Swimmers: Kyndall Howard, Juliyana Fear, Cayla Garcia and Grace Esteban

Grace Esteban

  • 50 Freestyle - 4th in State
  • 100 Butterfly - 3rd in State (sets a team record)

Girl’s 200 Medley Relay - 6th in State (personal best)

  • Swimmers: Juliyana Fear, Cayla Garcia, Grace Esteban, and Elizabeth Esteban

Boy's 200 Medley Relay - 6th in State

  • Swimmers: Kyle Lu, Caden Niece, Jacob Hertzog, and James Bolton
