CPS Partners with Unity Health to Continue Virtual Primary Health Services

August 23, 2024

Cabot Public Schools is proud to announce a new partnership with Unity Health to provide virtual primary health services for all students, district staff members and their families.

The clinic, located in the Cabot Health Services Building at 811 S. Pine Street, is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Through this service, patients can connect with a Unity Health provider via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. This allows patients to speak with a healthcare specialist in real-time during their telemedicine appointment. Prescriptions can also be sent directly to the pharmacy of your choice.

Before your first telemedicine session, a new patient packet must be completed. Parents, district faculty, and staff can access the forms online HERE or through the  Parents, Staff, and Students Tab at the top of the district website,  and on our Health Services page.

For patients with existing primary care coverage, Unity Health will work with your provider to facilitate a one-time coverage change for the visit. This service is intended for acute minor illnesses or injuries and is not a replacement for your established primary care provider.

Patients with insurance will pay their usual co-pay, and Unity Health will bill the insurance provider. For those without insurance, Unity Health and our district social worker will offer support.

For any questions or concerns, please contact Vonda Morgan, Nursing Coordinator, at 501-843-3363 ext. 1206 or email Vonda.Morgan@cabotschools.org.
