Kimberly Ledee, Former Northside Elementary PTO President, Convicted of Theft
October 8, 2025

Former Northside Elementary PTO President Kimberly Ledee was found guilty of felony theft of property in Lonoke County Circuit Court on October 8, 2025. She will be sentenced on October 28.
Ledee served as the Northside Elementary PTO President from January 2021 through May 2023 and was also formerly employed as a paraprofessional at Northside Elementary beginning in September 2022.
In the summer of 2023, newly elected PTO officers reviewed the organization’s financial records and identified several concerning transactions, including large transfers to Ledee’s personal Cash App account, unexplained cash withdrawals, and purchases unrelated to school activities, such as payment for her garage door repair and birthday gifts for her mother. These findings were reported to district administration in August 2023 and immediately referred to the Cabot Police Department. Ledee was also placed on administrative leave.
Following an investigation by the Cabot Police Department, it was determined that Ledee had stolen thousands of dollars from the Northside Elementary PTO. The Lonoke County Prosecutor’s Office filed theft of property charges in early 2024, leading to this week’s trial and conviction.
The Cabot School District is pleased with the outcome of the case and appreciates the Northside PTO members who brought the issue forward, the thorough investigation conducted by law enforcement, and the work of the Lonoke County Prosecutor’s Office.
