2026-2027 Back-to-School Schedule Now Available

The 2026-2027 Back-to-School Schedule is now available to help families prepare for the new school year.

The schedule includes important dates and information for Open House, teacher assignments, student orientation, schedule release dates, and more. Families are encouraged to review the details below and the complete schedule graphic.

First Day of School:

• K-12 Students: Wednesday, August 12, 2026
• Pre-K Students: Friday, August 14, 2026
  Pre-K Parent Conferences will be held on Wednesday, August 12th, and Thursday, August 13th.
  
  

Important Reminder for K-12 Families:

📧 Watch your email in the coming days for the required Back-to-School Health & District Policy Forms.
Complete the required Back-to-School Health & District Policy Forms as soon as you receive them.

Failure to do so may delay the release of your student's schedule or access to district technology.

District Open House
Thursday, August 6th, 2026
3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Elementary Schools, K-6 Cabot Panther Academy, & Middle Schools:

• Teacher assignments for all elementary schools, K-6 Cabot Panther Academy, Cabot Middle School North, and Cabot Middle School South will be emailed to parents and guardians on Tuesday, August 4th.
• The email will include a SignUp Genius link to schedule an Open House appointment.
• If you do not receive your email by the end of the day on August 4th, please contact your child's school.

• If your email address has changed, please contact Student Services at 501-843-3363 before August 4th to ensure you receive your student's teacher assignment.
  
  

Cabot Learning Academy:

• Teacher assignments will also be emailed on Tuesday, August 4th.
• Teachers will contact parents directly to schedule an Open House appointment.
  
  

Junior High, Freshman Academy, High School, & Cabot Panther Academy:

• Student schedules will be released through the Home Access Center (HAC) on the dates and times listed in the Back-to-School Schedule graphic below.
• HAC is currently closed and will reopen according to the published schedule. If you need assistance accessing your HAC account, click "Forgot Password" on the HAC login page to reset your password.
  
  

Pre-K:

• Teacher assignments will be emailed on Tuesday, August 4th.
• Pre-K Open House is drop-in only from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 6th. No appointment is required.
• Parent Conferences will be held on Wednesday, August 12th, and Thursday, August 13th.
• The first day of school for Pre-K is Friday, August 14th.
• Please note: Pre-K follows a separate calendar from K-12. There are several days when Pre-K is in session while K-12 is not. Families are strongly encouraged to follow the Pre-K calendar throughout the school year.
