CHS Cheer Dominate at Camp

June 21, 2016

Our Cabot High School cheerleaders are off to a great year already.

Recently, they attended camp (June 4-7) in Hot Springs and won 1st place in the large co-ed varsity division for their performance of “The Jam.” “The Jam” is the routine the team learned during camp and was choreographed specifically for our cheerleaders.

Nineteen team members were nominated for All-American Cheerleader. Seventeen tried out and nine made All-American. Congratulations ladies:

A big congratulation also goes out to Holly Jones. Holly earned the highest All-American score for the entire camp and she's a sophomore this season!

Top Gun Dance winners:  Micah Long, Cheyenne Cozad, Allison Tubbs, Sarah Beavers, Halie Eastham, and Mallory Tullos.

Top Gun Partner Stunt winners:  Jessie Thrush, Rachel Rackley, and Holly Jones.

Micah Long and Jessie Thrush were also chosen to apply for the NCA staff.
