CHS Band Color Guard & Drum Majors Excel at Camp

July 14, 2016

The Cabot High School Band Color Guard and Drum Majors attended Frontlines Camp at Williams Baptist College in Walnut Ridge this summer.  It was a great week of hard work, team building, and fun.

Guard captain Alexis Italiano, Co-Captain Miya Tatum, and Lieutenants Jillian Bratton and Cat Honea led the line to receive Outstanding Home Routine on the first night of camp. During the week, the Cabot group received many individual ribbons for Superior and Excellent performances, along with spirit awards.

Two new members also received Honor Roll Medals for great All-Star work during the week, junior Paxton Pojar and sophomore Grace Davis.

On the final day of performances both the Drum Majors and Guard received the highest awards at the camp with Grand Champs performances.  It was a great week and we are excited about this fall's marching season.
