The Kiwanis Club of Cabot Donates $2,400 to Backpack Program

The Kiwanis Club of Cabot donated a generous gift to students and families of the Cabot School District. 

They presented Superintendent Dr. Tony Thurman with a check for $2,400 for the Backpacks for Kids Program. Northside Elementary and Ward Central Elementary will each receive $1,200 thanks to their generosity.

The Backpacks for Kids Program enables a student in need to take a backpack of food home. The food helps provide meals to their family over the weekend.
