Kindergarten Registration 2017-2018

Enrollment is being held at the Central Administrative Office at 602 North Lincoln Street. You can register during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 a.m.

*Children who will turn five (5) years of age on or before August 1, 2017 should be enrolled*

You should bring:

1.  One of the following to verify the child's age:

• Birth certificate
• A statement by the local registrar or a court record certifying the child's date of birth
• An attested baptismal certificate
• A passport
• An affidavit of the date and place of birth by the child's parent or guardian

2. Proof of Residency - Ex: copy of current utility bill (gas, water, electric) or a copy of your current lease.

4. Student Physical

5. A copy of child's Social Security card or you may request that the school district assign a nine digit number designated by the Arkansas Department of Education.

6. Parent Photo I.D.
