Student Athlete Physicals Offered Saturday, April 14th

The Cabot Athletic Department in conjunction with the Cabot Public Schools Athletic Training Department and staff, CPS sports medicine students, and Harding University's PA's will offer free Pre-Participation Exam (P.P.E.)/athletic physical's to student athletes on Saturday, April 14.

The physicals will consist of: musculoskeletal screenings, vital signs screenings, and height and weight measurements of our student athletes.

This year's pre-participation physical exams are for current Cabot Public School athletes who will be entering the 8th-12th grades in the 2018-2019 school year. Physicals will be given to the first 500 student athletes in attendance, on a first come first serve basis.

If an athlete is not currently on an athletic roster they MUST go to their primary care physician to fulfill the AAA requirements of having a P.P.E. prior to participating in any athletic activity for Cabot Public Schools.

Physicals (For students in 8th – 12th Grades)
Saturday, April 14, 2018
8:30 a.m. – noon

Physicals will be held at the CHS Field House, next to the Panther Stadium football field. Please print off and bring the following athletic forms with each student athlete for the physicals.
