ATTENTION - Location Change for Athletic Physicals

Due to several events going on at Cabot High School on Saturday, April 14, the student-athlete physicals location has been changed from the CHS Fieldhouse to the Cabot Junior High North cafeteria.
Saturday, April 14
8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
JHN Cafeteria
The physicals are for current Cabot Public Schools student-athletes on a first come-first serve basis. It is limited to 500 students. Athletes MUST bring all 5 pages of the 2018-2019 school year paper work filled out with parent signatures.

Parking Locations at JHN:
BLUE - Designated for physicians, nurses, and workers
YELLOW - Designated for parent/student (Drop off & Pick up)
GREEN - Designated as the entrance/exit to JHN cafeteria
