Cabot Archery Teams Headed To State!

February 15, 2019

The Cabot Archery Program competed in the Arkansas National Archery In The Schools Program (ANASP) Regional Tournament and all four of our Cabot archery teams qualified for the State Competition!

Congratulations to all our teams for their outstanding performance. We are extremely proud of their accomplishments.

High School Division

Cabot High School brought home FIRST place in the High School Division for Region Six with a score of 3304!  This ensured them a spot at state. Cabot High School's regional score also puts them in SECOND place in state, as they head to the state tournament in two weeks.

Cabot has 21 shooters in the top 10% of the state.  Eleven of these shooters are ranked in the top 5%, with four of our shooters ranking in the top 15 individuals in the state:  Jackson Jolley (CFA), Emma Everett, Gabe Osbon, and Kaleb Garner.

Cabot Freshman Academy Archery worked hard to compete with every high school in Region Six. They brought home SECOND place in Region Six, with a score of 3213! This ensures CFA a spot in the state tournament.

We are so very proud of our archers and their efforts. CFA's very own Jackson Jolley, outranked ALL High School archers in the division with his phenomenal score of 289, with 22 bullseyes!

So proud of our FIRST EVER 1st and 2nd place ranking for High School Division Teams, CHS and CFA!

Middle Level Division

Cabot Junior High North ranked 3rd - scoring 2969, followed by Cabot Junior High South at 4th - scoring 2884, in Region 6.  Both teams received at-large bids due to their high scores at regionals and will be heading to state!

Congratulations to the entire Cabot Archery Program for advancing to State! Go teams!
