Cabot Students to Participate in Lonoke County Spelling Bee

Three Cabot students will be participating in the upcoming Lonoke County Spelling Bee.
Cabot Junior High North student Bennett Butler won first place in the Cabot School District Spelling Bee back in December with the word “WINNOW”. Cabot Junior High North student Patrick Esau placed second and Cabot Middle School North student Hudson Merrick placed third.
The Lonoke County Spelling Bee will be held Thursday, January 16, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. in the Carlisle Elementary School cafeteria (707 East Fifth Street, Carlisle, AR 72024).
The winner of the Lonoke County Spelling Bee will advance to the Arkansas State Spelling Bee 2020 which is scheduled for February 1, 2020, in the Cabot High School auditorium.
