Updating Back to School Student Information 2020-2021

It is finally that time! The “Back to School” portal to update information is now open for the 2020-2021 school year. 

Parents of returning students (students who were enrolled in the district last year) can now update their information in our system. This process is for current 1st through 12th grade students only. Kindergarten and new students to the district updated this information at registration.

To access the back to school site, visit www.cabotschools.org and click on “Back to School” in the top right corner. Then click on the “Back to School Updates” link. You will use your Home Access Center (HAC) login and password to update your information via Registration Gateway. 

Please check your email (check junk/spam folder too)! Your HAC login and password has been sent via email to the Guardian 1 listed in our student information system. This information was sent out on Monday, August 10th at 10:00 a.m. 

Once on the site, verify the information on each screen. If the information is incorrect and needs to be updated, follow the instructions provided online. Be sure to click on the “Save and Next” button until finished. 

If you have more than one child in the district, you should see all students listed. You may update all of them under one login. If your children are not linked in our system, you will receive a second email with a different login and password to update their information.

Please have your information updated prior to Open House, Thursday, August 20th.  Even if your information has not changed, you will still need to go into the system to acknowledge and digitally sign required documents.

Please understand it is imperative that the correct information, phone numbers, emails, etc. are in our system. This information is used for our automated messaging system. It is extremely important, especially this year, that we are able to communicate with our parents and share necessary information in a timely manner.

Actualización de la información estudiantil de regreso a clases 2020-2021

¡Finalmente es ese momento! El portal "Regreso a la escuela" para actualizar la información ya está abierto para el año escolar 2020-2021.

Los padres de los estudiantes que regresan (estudiantes que se inscribieron en el distrito el año pasado) ahora pueden actualizar su información en nuestro sistema. Este proceso es solo para estudiantes actuales de 1º a 12º grado. Los estudiantes de kindergarten y los nuevos estudiantes del distrito actualizaron esta información en el momento de la inscripción.

Para acceder al sitio de regreso a la escuela, visite www.cabotschools.org y haga clic en "Regreso a la escuela" en la esquina superior derecha. Luego haga clic en el enlace "Actualizaciones de regreso a clases". Utilizará su nombre de usuario y contraseña de Home Access Center (HAC) para actualizar su información a través de Registration Gateway.

Por favor revise su correo electrónico (¡revise también la carpeta de correo no deseado)! Su nombre de usuario y contraseña de HAC se enviaron por correo electrónico al Guardian 1 que figura en nuestro sistema de información estudiantil. Esta información se envió el lunes 10 de agosto a las 10:00 a.m.

Una vez en el sitio, verifique la información en cada pantalla. Si la información es incorrecta y necesita actualizarse, siga las instrucciones proporcionadas en línea. Asegúrese de hacer clic en el botón "Guardar y siguiente" hasta que termine.

Si tiene más de un hijo en el distrito, debería ver todos los estudiantes en la lista. Puede actualizarlos todos con un solo inicio de sesión. Si sus hijos no están vinculados en nuestro sistema, recibirá un segundo correo electrónico con un nombre de usuario y una contraseña diferentes para actualizar su información.

Actualice su información antes de la jornada de puertas abiertas, el jueves 20 de agosto. Incluso si su información no ha cambiado, aún deberá ingresar al sistema para reconocer y firmar digitalmente los documentos requeridos.

Por favor comprenda que es imperativo que la información correcta, números de teléfono, correos electrónicos, etc. estén en nuestro sistema. Esta información se utiliza para nuestro sistema de mensajería automatizado. Es extremadamente importante, especialmente este año, que podamos comunicarnos con nuestros padres y compartir la información necesaria de manera oportuna.
