Virtual Financial Aid Night 2020: Juniors, Seniors, & Parents

Financial Aid Night will be a virtual event this year. It will take place on Tuesday, October 13th at 6:00 p.m.

It will consist of an interactive live stream with CHS counselors Jayne Snyder, Ryan Davenport, and the Director of Financial Aid at Henderson State University, Lisa Smith. Ms. Smith is also known as “The Free Money Lady.” She will present information concerning grants, loans, and state scholarships.

This virtual event is for juniors and seniors. Parents are highly encouraged to virtually attend online.

Tuesday, October 13th – 6:00 p.m.

During the event, parents will be able to send in questions using the chat feature on the live stream. Ms. Smith will also refer to the Arkansas Department of Higher Education “How to Pay for College Booklet” which can be found here in English and Spanish.

A recording of the event will be made available by Friday, October 16th. A link will be emailed to juniors and seniors and posted on Cabot High School's social media accounts as well as the CHS website.
