Cabot Junior High Students Take on Bullying with Compliments
October 16, 2014

October is National Bullying Prevention Month and some Cabot Junior High South students have come up with an idea to turn a negative into a positive.
For the past week, the student council has been encouraging everyone to be a positive part of someone's day.
They've been posting flyers with free compliments throughout the school.
All you have to do is take a free compliment for yourself or for someone who needs one.
This is the first year for them to do this and students say it's been a big success. In fact, THV 11 visited the students recently to talk about the project. Click HERE to see the story.
Some of the compliments include, “You impress me!" "You're fantastic!" There is also one that says, "You've got talent!"
