Mayor Bill Cypert Proclaims Oct. 25th World Junior Civitan Day

October 23, 2014

Dozens of Cabot High School students are working to make a difference.

Junior Civitan is a community service organization for students.

These clubs make the world a better place by devoting time to local projects, outreach programs and volunteering at schools. The organization also offers a scholarship and graduation cord. Forty-five Cabot High School students are members of Junior Civitan and this week they were recognized for their work.

On Wednesday, Cabot Mayor Bill Cypert presented Junior Civitan Club President with a certificate of proclamation recognizing World Junior Civitan Day, October 25th.  Recently, 10 members volunteered to help with various duties at Cabotfest.
