Cabot Panther signs to be an SAU Mulerider

It was another exciting day for a Cabot senior. 17-year-old Alyssa Hamilton signed her letter of intent Tuesday to play basketball for Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia.
Hamilton has been playing basketball since she was 4 years old. The 6 foot tall center says when she stepped onto the SAU campus she just knew that's where she belonged.
Hamilton says it's exactly 3 hours and 1 minute away from home! She's nervous but excited about this new chapter in her life.
Hamilton plans on majoring in psychology and would like to be an occupational therapist.
