Lexi Weeks Soars To New Heights With National Record

A Cabot High School senior now holds the new national indoor pole vaulting record. 

On February 21st, in Black Springs, Arkansas, Lexi Weeks became the girls national high school indoor pole vault record holder with a jump of 14' 3.25”

Lexi and her twin sister, Tori, who is also a master at the pole vault have both recently garnered national attention. The New York Times just featured the twin athletes in an article that came out this week.

Lexi and Tori Weeks plan to attend the University of Arkansas and become pharmacists. Both have their minds set on the 2016 Olympic trials.
